KABINANSATTES FORBUND
Kabinansattes Forbund var et forbund i LO som organiserte kabinansatte. Den 1.juli 2024 ble Kabinansattes Forbund en del av Fellesforbundet.
Kabinansattes Forbunds gjennom Fellesforbundet vil fortsatt sikre deg som medlem gode lønns- og arbeidsvilkår for ditt yrke som kabinansatt, og gode fordeler i privatlivet gjennom fordelsprogrammet LOFavør.
Arbeidslivet som kabinansatt utfordres av uoversiktlige organisasjonsformer, bruk av innleie- og bemanningsforetak og sosial dumping. I tillegg engasjerer vi oss også mot sosial dumping og for faste stillinger hos reell arbeidsgiver.
Cabin Crew Association Norway was a trade union in the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions that organizes cabin crew. From July 1st 2024 we merged together with Felleforbundet. Over 1 milion Norwegian workers are organized in LO. The Cabin Crew Association is also part of LO Luftfart (the aviation dept. in Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions), which coordinates the LO confederations' interests in aviation.
The Cabin Crew Association's main task is to ensure that you, as a member, have a satisfying salary and working conditions for your profession as a cabin crew, and good benefits in your private life through LOFavør's benefits program.
The daily work as a cabin crew is challenged by unclear organizational forms, the use of hiring and staffing agancies and social dumping. The Cabin Crew Association is therefore fighting against social dumping and for permanent positions.
